While most people appreciate the fact that having an on-site lab allows for their dentures or prostheses to be made faster, the most important benefit of having an on-site lab is that we have direct access to our lab technicians. We are able to work directly with our lab technicians in order to achieve the desired outcome for both the doctors and the patients. In fact, we can also bring the technicians into the treatment room to see the patients so that they can gain a better understanding of what needs to be done. This is a very different scenario from what it looks like to use a technician at a remote location.
