Insurance and Remittance
We will work with any plan in which a patient has Out-of-Network benefits and can choose which provider they want to see. This is usually knows as a PPO plan (Preferred Provider Option). We do not accept any discount plans. We are happy to submit your insurance as a courtesy, however you will be responsible for any balance after insurance pays.
