With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and two years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Nilam brings a unique combination of healthcare passion, business expertise, and compassionate patient care to the dental field.

She has always been drawn to healthcare-related careers and quickly discovered a genuine passion for dentistry. She enjoys creating a comfortable experience for patients while supporting the dental team and helping ensure each visit is positive and efficient.

Before entering dentistry, Nilam owned and operated hotels, where she developed strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. Her extensive business background has given her a valuable perspective on teamwork, attention to detail, and providing exceptional service—skills she now brings to every patient interaction.
